Dr. Tomás Díaz de la Rubia is the Deputy Director for Science and Technology at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. In this capacity, he is the senior executive of the Laboratory responsible for the quality and strategic direction of the enabling science and technology portfolio of activities and leads the Laboratory-wide strategic planning related to these activities.
