Leo is a member of the Advanced Technology Group (ATG) in the Office of the Corporate Chief Technology Officer. Previously, he has worked on process module and integration development at LSI Logic, and on development of thin film electrochemical devices at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Since joining the ATG, his focus has been the emerging fields of thin film electrochemical devices, in particular, thin film batteries and electrochromic smart glass.
