Was responsible for global product management and technical marketing for TSV technology at Applied Materials, Semitool Business Unit. Rozalia managed a consortium group of leading companies and research institutes from the semiconductor industry. Her work has been recognized with awards including R&D Magazine’s International R&D 100 Award as the inventor of one of the 100 most promising technologies of 2006 and today she is a recognized expert in the industry. In her spare time, she plays the piano, composes music, cooks and spends time with her family.
