Steve managed various corporate and state/local government affairs initiatives in Austin, Texas, and elsewhere in the U.S. He is a member of the Austin Electric Utility Commission and involved in Austin's Pecan Street Project, a "smart grid"/distributed solar-based, private-public partnership.
